Prime Time Financial Counsellors is a financial planning firm based at Blackburn east of Melbourne. Prime Time were the launch customer for the Plansyte website system and went live with the fully featured Plansyte Diamond package in December 2001.

Prime Time recently decided to publish their compliance manuals on their website using Plansyte's Indexed Publications feature. Now Prime Time's principals, advisers, authorised representatives and alliance partners can view relevant parts of the compliance manual from anywhere at any time via the Internet.

Indexed publications enable website users to publish very large documents in sections and record the full "Index" or table of contents for the document.

Access to the compliance manual is restricted to logged-in members of PTFC's staff, authorised representatives and alliance partners. And each adviser is restricted to viewing only those parts of the compliance manual that relate to them.

All maintenance of the Compliance Manual indexed publication on the website is done online by Prime Time's own administrative staff.
